On the beginning of year 2011 a new VAB strategy has been added to existing ones.

Most people say "do not bet on lower odds, because they are undervalued" - we also confirm the rule. But there are times when we assess the likelihood of an event leads to the conclusion that the match is worth a bet. Small and yet cost-effective odds should be combined in an accumulator (parlay) bet.

The problem is that the bookmakers offering the best odds usually do not allow you to combine several matches. In addition, to bet on two games, mostly, it appears that the odd of the first one is the best at the bookmaker A, while the odd of the second one is the best at the bookmaker B. No one is able to bet on two games from the same team in one accumulator bet. Devoid of these drawbacks is the technique of "staggered accumulator bet" also known as "Virtual Accumulator Bet" (VAB).
It allows you to bet on a VAB as a set of several single bets, each of which may be wagered on another day.

As an example, take three matches of the odds respectively 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. Normal parlay odd is 1.1 * 1.2 * 1.3 = 1.716. With VAB we bet 10 units on the first match at odd of 1.1, then we will win 11 units. Then bet 11 units on the next game with odd 1.2, which gives us 13.2 units, which is invested in the third match with the odd 1.3. So we won 17.16 units, which means the profit is 7.16 units with an initial investment of 10 units (with the correct prediction of the results of all three matches).
